Opiniion is Growing at Top Speed

2021 was an interesting year in the property management space. Among the obvious circumstances we’ve all been living in for the past two years, where many businesses have struggled and closed shop, the multifamily industry has seen some of the strongest occupancy and renewal rates on record. While this has surely benefitted communities across the nation, it has also brought up new challenges and pain points for both the management companies and residents alike. There is an even greater need to hear from residents in a productive and meaningful setting, to better understand what is working and not working for them in their current apartment homes.

Opiniion was built to make that process easy, connecting residents and property management; to receive, interpret, and publish that input. In the pursuit of this goal and building a team of incredibly talented people, we have experienced phenomenal growth. As a result we submitted our revenue growth data to Latka for the annual Latka500: The fastest growing SaaS companies of 2021.

18,047 founders submitted data for 2021, meaning just 2.7% made the top 500. We’re excited to share that Opiniion ranked 385th due to revenue growth! This growth wouldn’t have been possible without all of the product feedback and support from our investors, team members, advisory board members, and customers.

While the number of SaaS companies continues to expand, we expect to further strengthen our position and continue rapid growth this year.

In total, Latka500 SaaS companies did $13 billion in combined 2021 revenues (up from $8 billion in 2020) and have raised a total of $35 billion. 128 bootstrapped SaaS founders made the list with combined revenues of $1.3 billion.
